Learning Objectives
Objective I
By the end of the grant writing workshop, the participants will be able to list at least three major components of an effective grant proposal.
Objective II
By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to identify Predisposing, Enabling and Reinforcing (PER) factors to address predictive and evidence-based root causes to mental health disparities.
Objective III
By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to identify mental health issues in their immediate community that lead to incarceration.
Objective IV
By the end of the grant writing workshop, the participants will be able to develop a Statement of Need for grant proposals addressing mental health in the Black Community.
